Client Reviews
"Chris has been our outside counsel for nearly nine years. He's helped us in everything from negotiation and representing us in our convertible note transactions and initial capital raise (which was over 5 million), but has also negotiated and created all of our agreements from employment contracts to distribution and shareholder agreements. We trust Chris implicitly, and look forward to working with him for many more years."
Non-UpCounsel Client
"We hired Chris to handle an acquisition of a new site to help us expand our business. From the outset, Chris was responsive, diligent, and made what seemed like a complex process into something that was manageable and very understandable. Chris was also key in finding this during due diligence that ultimately convinced us not to proceed with buying the company. Chris saved us a lot of future headaches. I'd highly recommend."
